As part of Women in Tech Week 2026, WITBHAM is launching the 100 Inspiring Women in Tech West Midlands List — celebrating the women who are making a difference across our region.

This is not a ranking. It is a celebration of the women who inspire, support, innovate, lead, create, mentor, and drive positive change within the technology sector and beyond.

Do you know a colleague, friend, mentor, leader, entrepreneur, founder, student, or role model who deserves recognition? Has someone inspired you, championed others, broken barriers, or helped shape the future of technology in the West Midlands? Or perhaps that person is you. Nominate now.

We welcome nominations from all areas of the tech community and at all career stages — whether someone is just starting out or has years of experience.

Key dates

• Nominations are open now
• Nominations close: 25 September 2026 at 6:00 PM
• Judging day: 29 September 2026
• List reveal: 16 October 2026, during Women in Tech Week

A panel of judges from our sponsors and partners will review the nominations and select the 100 Inspiring Women in Tech West Midlands 2026.

Eligibility and data protection

Nominees must be living or working within the West Midlands region. To help us check eligibility, we ask for a home address and a work address. That information is used only to confirm eligibility and is not shared with the judging panel.

Only the nominee’s name and their nomination responses are shared with the judges. All personal information is handled securely and used solely to administer the awards and validate eligibility.

Please complete every field. If something does not apply, enter N/A. Nominations with missing information will not be accepted.
